I was told the same thing. Thankfully there are lots of companies hiring. I did find out someone in Atlanta was offered a position with no rare disease experience whatsoever…they were basically in primary care selling Dupixient. If that’s an example of how they’re hiring, I’ll pass. They did me a favor by not hearing back. Good luck.
And this is why you are from MTPF “combo of otc supplements”. Keep polishing up that resume to send in some where elseI’m from MTPA. Thought about this opportunity but the problem is AMX0035 is a combo of otc supplements that can be bought online. My ALS clinics are already telling their patients to buy this stuff online for $20 per month. If AMX0035 is going to be priced like an orphan disease drug the we’re looking at maybe $70k/year? Who on earth I will write this?
Yeah and probably not as well spoken that you areProbably a much better interviewer and ultimately salesperson that you are. We made the right hire.

commercial leadership team is great and wanted to work for them but the HR/recruiters are running the show and low balling. I was asked to take a huge cut in pay. Kerri Stewart told me I should consider the story that's unfolding here and that's worth more than money. She's got her head up her ass. Got a better offer with Horizon and thrilled to go there. My colleagues are finding other offers as well all willing to give a bump.
So true. They will get exactly what they pay for. been there, done that. No tyName a drug approved by the FDA with only phase 2 data? Kerri definitely has her head up her ass if we assume all the risk, leave a good job, drive our cars into the ground and be told in June that we won’t have a job after the FDA says, more more data needed. Any of you seen that happen before, remember Centocor’s HA1A for gram- sepsis? $90k and a ton of options, Ahhh no thank you.
Why would a recruiter lowball a good candidate?
I’m working at a startup and got $215K base easily.
if there’re not paying close to that number, you’re getting lowballed. Unless you have less experience. I have 15+ years in rare diesease.

LMAO. She didn't even qualify to even apply for the job. A better salesperson with no sales awards? Please, jack off. I've won multiple Presidents Club awards with top tier companies. She knew the right people that cut her a break.
I just accepted a job with a top tier company and the drugs aren't OTC. FOH
