They seem to have a lot of LLCs around which are inclusive of Northwood Avenue LLC, Haupt Capital LLC, and a few more.


A simple google search does pull up a lot of information for sure. So then, if Northwood Avenue LLC is owned by Evan Haupt, then the building is under them at least from what people understood.
 




Then basically, the building is owned by the Haupts. Northwood Avenue LLC is shown to be under EH as everyone is seeing. If it’s still under them then it doesn’t seem like the place has been sold.
 












How are they even managing to pay employees and reach quotas? Clearly they’re not doing as well as they “claim”.
As seen by the diligent posts they don’t have reliable anything’s left to work with.

“Ammon labs better than ever!”, what a slogan. This entire message board is just a reminder of how messed up the Haupts are and how negatively they contributed to the toxicology industry. Paranoid employees trying to convince people of their narratives/how successful they are, defense on the Haupts as amazing people, and how they’re stronger than ever is pure comedy.


What a thriller for the people who deal with Ammon, sucks because one day this place will be gone, and the situation will leave many in disastrous places— including the Haupt family.


The days are winding down.

It was hilarious to see the fairytales. They’re forever trying to sell this place and get people to join forces with them. The haupts will be happy campers when they can get all this off their hands.
 




It was a reality show on the message board for sure. Imagine being so desperate to defend yourself on an online forum and tell everyone why the Haupts “needed you” and how you’re so good. The haupts need money and to be out of the industry, which is their first and foremost agenda. Everyone else is just going to have to fend for themselves. Is there much to say? The Haupts look out for themselves, and everyone else should just do the same at this later stage.
 




Well it’s all going down from here. No matter how hard these people defend their territory and kiss the derrière of the haupts, it’ll make no difference. So coming on the site to shed light on why they’re innocent is useless.

The long term of Ammon isn’t looking too bright and the way most see it, people will be out of a job and the haupts will be scrambling for money.

It was realistically only one person praising themselves which gives away their identity easily. So much for adult composure and being so “successful” as an individual.

Anyways aside from the grown people crying about an Internet forum….

Ammon won’t be the same as it was when they had their big accounts and “gig” going, it’s just going to be time that tells the rest of the labs around. But, Ammon isn’t as competitive as it was and that tells a story from where they once were and to where they are now.

Come on, give them a break. Their workplace was a circus what do you expect from clowns who tolerate and keep up the show?

They’re clowns for free at ammon and they provide good entertainment! Comedy makes money it’s a good career option for them all.
 




Who lied about the free lunches and breakfasts lol? Someone was trying to bag a nonexistent raise. Time to get an actual job ammon team! The haupts don’t need your expertise and tears with their near-dead finances.

Everyone in the toxicology show knows the haupt bunch are setting themselves up beautifully as they leave everyone else in the dirt to suffer.

Same people who got upset when they were being called out for stealing “assets” and who magically got “brought” to work again for a bankrupt company.

The math isn’t adding up. Hope they love the nonexistent free food!
 




Time is limited, opening this new forum didn’t do much, just exposed the fools doing their lazy work and not putting in any effort.

If a bankrupt company brings you back, you should be embarrassed to post that and more embarrassed to admit you accepted the offer. You work for other great places and you want to work for Ammon too? Ammon is on its last peg, covering up things doesn’t help the matter.

Step up, be more productive? Yeah, be more productive and step up on those job applications. It’ll be interesting when the full background check is done and these laugh worthy people get singled out. Crying won’t help.

Crooks love crooks. Enjoy your bubble, it’s about to pop.

Everyone is quiet because Ammon is selling! Business has not come back and they are still losing money. They have to sell because their building is worth nothing and the bankruptcy court is forcing the sale. When Ammon is finally out of business the comments will start again. Also their ERC money will not be paid in a checks anymore. Biden's IRS has changed the rules. ERC payments are being paid as payroll tax credits, so the less employees you currently have, the longer it will take to get your ERC money. Sorry EH, the check will not be coming!

With the money dwindling EH and family must be in a frenzy. They must hope that if they get the building sold they can rent a floor for the lab so they can keep conning.

Foundation karma is paving the way. There’s more underway.
