All I know is quite a few EDs ‘retired’ last two weeks from R&D. This usually happens before a big layoff at Amgen from what I have seen in the past.

True. 2 from just my floor retired last week. Got a few org. Announcements of more leaving.

If you work here look at your emails(If you know how) and look back at the last 6 weeks , there have been numerous people from higher up positions leaving etc.

Why would anyone want to scare people. Unless of course it is posted by HR hoping for maximum attrition before they have to cut severance checks. You need to read organizational announcements to see which higher ups in your area are leaving.
