Screwing over patients is doing great things... how can you sleep at night knowing you are over testing with Target Now and costing patients more by billing out of network.

Yep were nearing a BIG point in our company's future of whether they sell AP or we just implode; the reasons this idiot keeps asking for harder work (and for less pay at that). This would have been a great year had you not fucked us from our Qtrly bonus, screwed us with manking us pay for donations, and weaseling us from our commissions either by messing up the start and end dates, operator error, or on purpose. I thinks ill pass and wait to see what happens day by day rather than the end of the year.
 


I'm amazed at all the comments here. As a former SD for Caris, it's hard for me to have sympathy for those complaining about the company. Every SD should have no problem making a very comfortable income ($150K+) which is more than I can say for other companies. Every SD knew this job was going to be challenging and in every job, there's politcal bs that we all have to work through. This job is not for the weak or those scared of hard work...and if it's not for you, there's always a door. My time at Caris was not horrible and I'm glad they provided me a great paying job that helped further my sales career. These complaints remind me of spoiled kids complaining about how they "deserve" more without any desire to work for what they want (My Caris Sweet 16...).

Again...this is management or an SD that left years ago. You can maybe make $125K if you hit ALL your numbers. THEY HAVE NO MORE MONEY AND THEY DON'T PAY GOOD ANYMORE! This company SUCKS!

FUck You. Paying the SD's a couple bucks for the first year only, yet these bozo's in Irving or whereever get nice cash consistantly? Where is the dis-connect? The SD's should be paid a percentage of sales, or hold the ASM's accountable for some of the load and remove that Non-commissioned stuff out of their bag. What the fuck are you talking about watching my sweet 16??? your either a fag or hag. either way, we are glad youve left the company. you wouldn't support the cause anyway.
 


Hey Sweet 16, your time at Caris was so great... that you left. Why don't you save it for someone who thinks you have a shread of credibility? You have no idea what we put up with now.
 




So, the economic situation is our country allows people to be treated in any way the management feels or as their mood allows...? Support those who perform, and cut those who don't. That is the right thing to do.... all the time. Hard working people are worth their wage. An appropriate wage. A competitive wage. Look who has left so far; many of them are high quality individuals. It is always bad to lose quality people. Feed the winners, and cut the losers. That is good business, and I am sure if DH had the correct information he would agree.
