Look guys, I just met with a department head in AP and they told me that we ARE winning. You guys can do this! Things are starting to look up and we are starting to gain momentum. Lets just continue to work hard and not lsiten to all the noise out there that might distract us from our goal. If we keep working hard, and selling hard, in the end we will win big. Trust me.
 






We're working hard on rolling out the new tools for you guys. It seems like we talk about TC/PC almost everyday in Dallas! What a crock of BS from BI. It's taken them how many years to almost put a TC/PC program together when other companies have been started and sold for big money? The guy who's suppose to run the program wasn't even on the call. What a joke!
 






CAP regs? CAP regs? What a load of crap! This wasn't supposed to be about VH's presentation on CAP regs compliance. They thought something big was going to happen that didn't. They don't plan a conference call two weeks out and either don't tell the RVP's what it's about or tell them to say they don't know so BI and GR can talk about CAP regs, no way.

Guys, what more do you need??? We have the best qulaity, the best technology, and world class service. Help me understand what tools you need that we haven't provided. I know, TC/PC. Look, that will not be around much longer. So let's focus on what matters, quality. In the end, that is what wins and what stays consistent. With our total offering and all encompassing solution of AP and other tests we offer, the question is why wouldn't a doctor use us? WE MAKE A DIFFERENCE EVERY DAY IN THE LIVES OF PATIENTS. This is typical BOB management style - bash the rep and managers over and over and over with the same message. Eventually their spirit will get beaten down by the repeatative message. Eventually they will know their input really doesn't matter. Eventually they find they really don't care anymore. Eventually they quit or find another job. BOB wins. Oh, and as far as the "tools", why don't you just keep sending me your tools via UPS or FedEX overnight that KMB makes up. They wind up in the trash anyway. Wait, let me think. Oh yeah, BI pushes those tools down. BI bashes everyone to use them. And bashes everyone in thinking their great. Does this method sound familiar?

Lets push quality hard, it's what matters most to these docs no matter what they say. I know they want to discuss revenue, but move them back to the quality discussion and how we are clearly better than the competition. Sell them on the fact that revenue will go away one day soon and that the only thing that stands the test of time is quality. Leverage our expertise and get a pathologist out there or an RVP to close the business for you. We are Caris and no one can come close to what we can offer a doc. Together we can dominate the AP space. Thanks for your efforts, you are appreciated.

I doubt our TC/PC program is ever going anywhere!! I spoke to a Pathologist who ripped me up and down!!

His comment was "YOu Caris reps took go directly to my cancer center, cut into my flow and bone marrow busines..now you DARE!!! to come to me to work with me..

Oh and by the way..The Aperio's you claim to be getting!! do you realize it takes more than ER/PR and HER-2 algorithms to get my TC business!!!

I can't understand what your saying. I really hope you don't communicate like this to clients. You should quit your complaining and get out and work harder. How many calls do you make a day? When I was in the field I made no fewer than 12 calls everyday and that's how I became successful in this great company. That and I can put a sentence together. Make your own breaks, why can't you start your own TC/PC program? Who's stopping you?
