The surgeon I would like for my kid is out of network on my current insurance, therefore would be very pricey such that I might have to seek a different surgeon, but prefer not to. He is in network for BCBS, which is the insurer provided by alkermes (I learned from this thread and confirmed at panels). Whether it's 90/10 or 80/20 isn't critical to me. That it's covered at all is better than where I stand with my current company.
