Take my advice, RUN! Taking this job will be the worst decision you’ll ever make. The products are old with equivalents sold online for HALF the price and there is no support whatsoever.

There hasn’t been a merit increase in 3 years and bonuses are PATHETIC!! People in the top 10 make a few hundred $ more than those ranked 50 spots below them

Pretty much anyone still left (after they let go of half the sales force) is looking feverishly to get out!! I hope I’m saving you for what would be career suicide
 



I have GI experience selling in the Philadelphia area. I heard about an opening here. I enjoy my city territory, maybe 20-30 min end to end. I see your Phila territory includes the Allentown and Scranton area as well!?!! What is this? A three hour territory? Plus I hear you don’t pay shit. Y’all gonna have to up that salary of you think I’m covering Philly and Scranton. No thanks, I’ll pass
 









How about this new incentive plan? They say it will be based on Q3/Q4 for Q1 in 2021. Then they add stretch goals to the base. Meanwhile, access is still a problem with doctors especially psychs.

Gonna be some upset reps after Q1.

I’m confused by this?? When you say this company blows, isn’t that something you’d like? I’d like to get blown? Who doesn’t? It’s like saying this company sucks ass. That would be my favorite company to work for, if they’d do that for me.
