Who was let go from HR? Are both the RD’s there still?

Do people still there not realize they are selling vitamins and aren’t specialty reps? You’re selling 16 year old vitamins and a OTC probiotic yet being measured and treated like a Pharma rep. With all of that we won’t pay you like a Pharma rep and expect you to cover a huge geography. Just imagine if the doctors knew there was a cheaper alternative......
 



Could someone please list all those in the East that were terminated? Just initials please. I am so rooting for karma to hit on a certain someone who is loooooong overdue for a comeuppance. She knows who she is......how’s it feel, sweetie?
 





















Best thing that could have ever happened to me at Alfasigma - being laid off. Upper management is a joke and completely disconnected from reality. Pushing decade old products as if they were new, poor clinical data supporting the products, ongoing litigation and/or pricing issues beyond belief. If you are thinking about a career with Alfasigma, go get checked. Biggest mistake you will ever make. The remaining managers are all cheerleaders and drinking from the same vat of Kool-Aid. You will be under paid and under valued as a person and employee.

Yes to all of this!!! I have worked in this industry for almost 15 years and have never seen such a pile of worthless shit in my life. If you are questioning if it’s worth leaving, think no longer. It is. All the exceptional managers are gone. Only managers left are a bunch of ass kissers that couldn’t land a job at another company if they tried.

Problem is that there’s nowhere to go!?! Nobody wants to hire in this screwed up environment, so we’re stuck in this nightmare
 









Getting “displaced”, as that Bitch from corporate likes to say, was the best thing that happened to me. This is a HORRIBLE organization that continues to treat reps like animals. If you’re still there, and not looking to leave, I feel sorry for the you. The grass WILL be greener in this case, that’s a promise
