Alcon Pharma - it’s all about putting in fake calls

It’s eye drops my lord.

put on your khakis and a polo and be a delivery man of sample and literature that gets thrown in the trash can

Put down you saw everyone on your ipad

then go home and put the TV on.

This really is a fake call job.
Literally no one on my team is having meaningful discussions on our products.

it’s all “hey please try our samples on your patients” and see what sticks. Better off calling only on pharmacies and begging them to switch.

time to interview again

You suck if this is your strategy. Do us a favor and please interview out.

The pull through messaging on coverage is worthless. The whole job at Alcon is becoming scripted.

They could have done all of this with an internal phone sales team.

we are not having meaningful discussions with customers. It’s a sample drop.
