Alcami /AAI Pharma

We are screwed. Management is really bad. Day to day operations are difficult due to the lack of money to fix existing equipment or buy anything new. Manufacturing is totally hosed.

You cannot simply blame management for your issues. You have to look deep down inside yourself and see what you can do to make things better. You have to be accountable for your actions and your attitude. Please, let's not poison the company with negativity. Work hard, do the right thing, and be thankful to have a job. No one owes you anything!

Desperation is a stinky cologne.

He said it all. Shut up. Get back to work. Don't expect anything except a pay check.

What this management team does not understand is that EVERY DAY they ask people to go above and beyond what is in their job descriptions. We do things that are outside of our job bands, one or two levels up. We work a lot of overtime, sacrificing our personal lives to get the job done.

Even a thank you would help and would go a long way.....it never happens.

So folks, here is the solution.

Do the minimum. Work overtime only if you want the money.

The people at the top do not care. Don't fool yourselves into thinking it will get better. Look closer at the Executive team. They are con artists. Most have been terminated from their last several jobs. All cheat on their wives. (How many people watched from the windows as the CEO received a blowjob from his girlfriend in the parking lot?). They all like young women - especially blondes. Just look around. It's obvious. They cut corners. Their financials are a mess, borderline illegal, but they will continue to blow smoke as long as they are getting paid and no one exposes them. How they are still in positions of "leadership" is not only laughable, but sad.

So if I give SK a buff and polish can I get promoted too? Being honest, working hard and keeping up quality is not working.

Someone posted

" How many people watched from the windows as the CEO received a blowjob from his girlfriend in the parking lot?"

Is this really true? Do you have pictures, they would great to use as a hiring tool...."look at the company incentives we offer"?

Moving HQ to RTP will not help.

EK could not leave quickly enough, guess even Pat looked better that having SK around all day. Robert will be the next to realize what a POS this is.

I turned down an offer to be the Alcami VP of IT recently; looked good on paper and in meetings with the Exec team, but something seemed off when I met with some of the Director level folks - they seemed very fidgety and would not answer questions fully. Is there something shady about this place? What are the Exec team members trying to hide?

Seriously???

"Is there something shady about this place? What are the Exec team members trying to hide?"

YES!! there is something shady and yes, they are trying to hide everything. From an IT perspective we are living in the stone age. Data integrity is acceptable for HPLCs but absent on other systems, software validation is a joke. The Exec team is a bunch of A hole dirt bags, you were wise not to come here.

Calling the Alcami executive team A-hole dirt bags is an understatement. The managers below them are equally bad, putting productivity at the expense of quality, the life balance of the workforce and integrity is the name of this game. ARES wants their money and the Alcami brown shirts that run the Wilmington Auschwitz labs and manufacturing are doing everything in their power to get it. Wisconsin ans St. Louis are just too screwed up to bother with.

Wow! Did some digging into AAI's past and turns out there were a lot of illegal activities, former executives being sued/arrested and more ... scary stuff, so glad I stayed away.

How does this place stay in business?
