Like most at Sun, I’ve worked in some good pharma companies. But I’ve never seen anything like this. It’s like a bunch of 1st graders running the show. Miscue after miscue on ‘the’ most basic things.

How can this be ? Why does no one communicate? I have zero confidence in anything coming out of Princeton.

This is what you get when you hire someone from a contract sales force company to be a Director at Sales Ops.
So what’s the new time frame now Heather to get this resolved ? - another 6 to 8 weeks. It’s week #9 now - what’s your excuse this time. I’m not making excuses to my customers when they ask me why I can’t provide them samples. I tell them what it is - someone dropped the ball big time at the Head Office. They said it would be around 6 - 8 weeks, but it’s getting longer than expected and I am sorry.
My customers reaction - that is so fucked up - guess whoever dropped the ball cant get their act together. Is he or she even working there?

Not sure what the head of sales ops can do when the person in charge of the company’s licenses is Daryl LeSueur. I’m not sure how you screw up something so basic but this is Sun and he did. Having come from other companies with no license issues, the fact that we didn’t get a license within 4-6 weeks spells trouble.

I’m not sure how each division’s goals are set but Iluyma team is a free for all, everyone in every territory has same goal. It is post launch so set territory specific goals like every other company. Sun intentionally does this so they only have to pay out top third and the rest are screwed.

What’s hard to believe is how Sun is still allowed to do business anywhere. No samples allowed in Washington. No samples or commercial distribution in Alabama. Almost 3 months and counting.
