This purpose of these boards has always been an anonymous way for reps to vent. It’s not for managers so she should not be on here anyway.

Do you ever stop for just a second and ask yourself how many other industries have a site for employees “to vent” and to do so anonymously with venom and potential slander. I am not sure what the original intent was of starting cafepharma other than to make money, but I would hope what it has become wasn’t the goal. I missed the part where the rules define who could come on an anonymous message board.
 
























What is the average salary here? I spoke to a recruiter and she could not really give me a number. Are most territories getting good bonuses. She made this role sound like a gem of an opportunity.

I'd say average salary was 75-90k range back in 2021. Agile was ONLY hiring experienced rep with previous women's health experience.
In the spring of 2022, the base salaries were cut back to about 50-60k, hence all the new hires being fresh out of college. After the drastic layoff in June, I doubt those salaries will be going back up any time soon.

This is spot on. I was here at the beginning and there were reps on my team at 90K. I think one is still here actually.

No one cares anymore. The new comp plan is a joke - penalizing the reps keeping this contract afloat.
The 65% turnover in 2022 apparently wasn’t enough. Looks like they’re trying move out the other 35% to save money.
Nobody wants to stay around and have their bonus Budd fk’ed again, unless of course you were a bottom performer in 2022.
