She cares about her team and if we succeed. You can't help the lazy people who have no work ethic.

Like the majority of posters, I used to work on this contract and I still come back to read the comments. Yet this is really starting to feel like a dysfunctional reunion to some degree!

I was on a different team and didn't interact that much with her, but it's hard to believe that she's that bad of a manager or person for that matter. It's unfortunate that the situation has gotten to this point for all of you.

I hope better days either on this contract or another role awaits you all.

Previous reps on the contract have been extremely successful and still very much dislike Kris. Not blaming Kris for failure, blaming Kris for being a terrible manager. There's a reason why so many people left after Q1.

KJ always cancelled field rides.
Funny how people on here defending her assume that the reps complaining had low numbers. Most reps were doing quite well before they left. Seasoned, successful people who couldn't stand KJ
 









It’s clear KJ isn’t a good manager- just ignore her and either stay and do your job or look for something new. She has super high turnover for a reason and probably won’t be in a manager position for long.
