AGE DISCRIMINATION AT AMNEAL

What is going on? The employees who have been let go or who are on plans are mostly older. There are laws protecting this class. What is H.R. saying? Has anyone filed with the EEOC yet?

Coincidence that they're older. The "vitality" objective - measured by requiring you to mastvrbate into a tissue - rolls up a lot of the old saggy bags.

No coincidence at all. More tenured employees equal higher base salaries. Put them on a plan and that equals no bonus and no pay increase during annual PE. What does all of this equal? Discrimination, disrespect, federal law violations.

Recruiting has been told to “hire younger”. Younger means lower salaries and not enough experience to question direction. The different rep. tiers are a joke because contract companies are paying $80,000 / $90,000 no pharma. experience required.

So basically we can go work for a contract company and have a starting salary that takes at least 2-3 years here on the Endo side. Unbelievable. These people are f’d up!

Wonder if the Patel’s know what is going on? If you are over the age of 40, senior management does not want you. Helen said, “we need to get younger”. She’s out then….
