“You guys, you guys, you guys!” PLEASE a stop referring to everyone as “guys” for goodness sakes. The lack of sensitivity and knowledge and non-stop reference to all as “you guys” is insensitive, tone deaf to women’s accompaniments and current status in 2021. So insulting and unbelievable.

Possibly a revisit of the DE&I training modules will stop this nonsense and act as a reminder of what is and isn’t acceptable in 2021. Women are not “guys” and such careless references need to stop especially from female leaders!

THINK before you speak. I know this may be a tough and potentially unrealistic endeavorfor for one who is notorious for non stop babbling without thinking of what is being said.
