After being in the home office this week now I understand the talk. How was JF not promoted? Our winning managers year over year not given a chance at JF’s position? Rep’s at DM spots? Is it all bs for future MDP? JF not even given a chance at SF spot? Total outsider, makes no sense with all our success. And don’t blame NP news that is existing problem maybe you should get outsider for. We are lied too.

The previous poster is right, They should’ve let anyone already here interview for that job. SF had little experience at all and lot less experience than a lot of other managers. Don’t get it. Joe told some of us they didn’t even offer the chance for an interview.

Because current employees are not valued. Period. Ask anyone at the home office. You are considered lower valued. If you are not out in the field (and even there you are still under paid) you are not valued. Even for the ones that did their time in a field position either here or elsewhere (unless you are from Sanofi) you will be under valued. Your best bet is to apply apply apply and leave them un prepared for your departure.

You are valued. You’re valued at your compensation rate, the rate you agreed to when you accepted your position. If you are “underpaid” then you were probably inexperienced when you were hired. Those you are referring to have experience and cost more to hire. Don’t be a hater. Go get yours somewhere else where you’ll then be experienced and some immature crybaby will post similar comments about you then.

Must be an HR response. Not from the office...no one is a hater. It’s facts. People talk and to say inexperienced? Joke. People know what they need to do. The writing was on the wall in late, February

Typical response. It is so funny how word gets out on reps calling reps or managers calling each other about salary adjustments. Happens for all of us. Even Acella people friendly with Avion people. Outside Inside, who you work for, are you a winner, close, last year, this year, new old to company. Are you someone’s favorite? Some managers maybe fight for you and have the balls and others don’t. But everyone wants to know why people leave for thousands of dollars more and we are talking 4 extra 0’s with a 1-2-3 in front. And don’t dare take the team members with you. Joke!

This has to be hr. So we have to leave to get paid what we should get paid. That’s stupid. This company pay is way below average. You take advantage of us. If we were valued the company would pay us. No wonder turnover is so high.

Just don’t understand why AD made all these hires. He knew this was coming. He thinks a Sanofi inexperienced person is going to solve his problems. He may as well just put SV there. Something isn’t right..........,

Good Morning from the Acella Club Meeting! For all you hard working Avion minions the club meeting kicked off with praise for Acella only. Art somehow stuck it to us and our guest. Maybe he will let us go. I am embarrassed my spouse saw this last night.

Couldn’t believe our CEO dis’d us. He’s not the CEO I thought he was. We get it Art you like the other teams and you don’t like Avion.
