Began to sound desperate? Is it falsely accused or minor infraction? The truth is probably much larger than minor infraction, considering you are minimizing it.

The ex VP is at AccuReference, 100%!!! He is laying low due to covenants with Quest. Andy is setting up their technology offerings.
The other reps are pounding the streets going into current wuest accounts.
