Just in case anybody is keeping score.

In order to win a libel suit, you must prove that something false was said about them. that it harmed your reputation, and the writer acted with "actual malice" the last term is misleading, as it has nothing to do with the actual meaning of malice (spite or ill will). to prove the libel plaintiff must show that the writer knew the disputed statement was false or had acted with "reckless disregard." that second term is also a term of art. The Supreme Court has said (Justice Thomas) that it requires proof that the writer entertained serious doubts about the truth of the statement.

So, to dumb it down for you, almost everything written has been the truth, if a few things were not truthful, you would have to prove that I knowingly knew that it was untruthful. I don't know about others, but I only post what I know, think and thought to be the truth.

Oh well, better luck next life, seems you lose on every front. and that is why living the truth pays off.

The proof that little man is running Accu-Reference is when Andy K refuses to take the great opportunity at Quest. He stays loyal like a true soldier for his master. He may have a regret down the road. He would have never quit if he did not have the Little VP forcing him to quit.The VP should have said stay at Quest and when my non-employment agreement is expired we will get together.
