In your hypothetical story, perhaps this service or sales rep should communicate the specifics of the account in question to management, relieving themselves of any liability for the problem and fulfilling their obligation to their employer as a Quest Diagnostics field representative. Why would an account quit working with Quest and move the entire profitable business to a small regional lab where they send out more then half the work. Certainly not turnaround time. Compliance? Billing issues etc.Owners are in prison or have family members listed as the owners. Please stop the BS.

What I take from this is that someone or some have heard "Knock, knock on their door from individuals investigation shiel/fresenius. Folks, this is real, if you ask around physicians and reps have been spoken too.
Can't figure out the denials, they woukd be better served if quiet. But, I guess they know better.

Don’t let the facts get in the way of a good Basement Boy story. He already suffers from panic attacks, low self esteem and is socially awkward from a misguided belief that his own mother victimized him, simply because she choose to bottle feed him as a child.
