I think the AE / KAE position weighs heavily on your oral skills. Ask JB in Dallas. It's helped move him upwards many a time.

Yes indeed. I too moved up the ladder steadily with proper execution of my oral skills. It's frowned upon in this company if you don't give more than you receive.

Can you tell me what is the difference between a KAE and a SME? Looking at an SME opportunity in the west how are the roles different?
