Do you know anything about whether HR is contacting candidates for open positions or some outside agency?
I never received a phone call.
I was contacted, but the email looks very odd.
I am hesitant to give out a lot of personal information unless I am sure who has emailed.
Does anyone know the process?

They use a 3rd party firm to screen you. They should explain that though

Was the email from a Russian girl with a webcam address? Definitely open it! Lol. No silly, do not open some email asking for personal information! You should have had some contact from a labcorp person or recruiter well before you get an email from a third party HR company screening you. But Rembrandt used to be the 3rd party company. However, they explained that it was a test to screen you and provided a user and a password, not requesting information from you.

If you are an experienced medical sales rep, avoid taking the position. If the position is posted in the West division, make a run for it. I know there are certain sections of the country that may be better than others, but the West is a total cluster thanks to the incompetant upper management. If you are new to medical sales, it might be a good entry level position to get some experience, but don't plan on making a career of the place.

Ignore this post and don't miss out on a great opportunity because someone else is a failure and has sour grapes. Upper management in the west is top notch and very professional. The talented, experienced reps all know this. We have an awesome team that anyone would be proud to join.
