Absorica success stories

In defense of Andy, I doubt if he even knows cafepharma exists, and if he does know I really can't see him wasting his time reading mostly worthless, negative posts. He is a good manager. No this is NOT Andy, but someone who knows him and respects him as a man and manager. Former Ranbaxy Dermatologist specialist,

These are negative, but not worthless posts. When the complaints revolve around things that are obviously upper management's job, it's not entirely baseless and deserves a second thought. Especially in an industry where communication is one way.

It doesn't matter if Andy visits or not. He is not a good manager. The standard that he sets for his reps he doesn't apply to himself. When I was with the company, I respected him and defended him too. I stopped because I caught him lying to my face on multiple occasions and saw too many good people get fired from his mistakes. I was also a Ranbaxy Derm Specialist. You and I were probably friends.

Andy supports Andy. He will do what it takes to keep Ashish happy. He is the one who reported us to Ashish. Andy is the reason why many of our colleagues get warning letters before Christmas.

This is a joke of a company and a joke of a product!! Great launch!! Thank you for making this a success and getting awesome manage care and the co-pay cards that the office, patients and pharmacies have no clue what it's for! Way to go ranbaxy!! You all are a bunch of assclowns!

You can't even call yourself a sales rep if you work for this company. Ranbaxy and the sales reps are the laughing stalk of dermatology! You think Absorica will put you on the map - think again!

We very well were friends. The Ranbaxy reps of old were a special group, many of us prevously worked for Roche and had close bonds. Those were the days my friend.

Yes they were. Those days even carried over to the Sotret team. We were a close bunch back then. We knew each other's birthdays and called each other for pointers on how to sell to hard docs, we made decent money, we had faith in the company, and trusted upper management. I'll bet my number is still in your phone.

It all fell apart when Andy and Ashish's free ride with Sotret was over and they actually had to do real work promoting the BMS line. They made the mistake of managing their reps instead of managing the products, which is why there were constant outages. I don't recall a full quarter when something wasn't out of stock. It's hard getting a doc back on board after your third backorder in a year. I stuck around because of the relationships I had with my colleagues, but when they started coming down hard on reps for their own mismanagement, I noticed fewer familiar faces at each POA. It got to the point where I stopped bothering to learn people's names. That's when I knew it was time to go.

Me too! Worst mistake ever! I cant believe there are reps that have been here for years! The question - are they just big losers and can't get another job or are they just lazy?

I agree. How can anybody stay here longer than a year? You have to be so lazy or just a loser that can't get another job. The pay is awful, products suck and the reps could stop a clock. Worst mistake coming here!
