I've been with two other companies that said the same thing....shortly afterwards there were layoffs. I know better, from my own experience. In fact, both companies sent out memos to the sales force saying, "There are no immediate plans to downsize the sales force". That's when we knew we were gone, and we were right.

They lied on drug application to FDA and currently being investigated for non sterile water in vials is the least of issues with depot.


Ask to see the presentation from the all employee meeting earlier this year. Employees were brutally honest and stated DYSFUNCTIONAL AS MOST AGREED STATEMENT REGARDING OTSUKA !

Otsuka is the worst pharma company out here... treat us like we are fucking 15 year olds and management is the WORST I have ever seen.. especially if your in the East under ... complete idiot

Otsuka Pharmaceuticals on University Square in Princeton, now that's a fucked up company. It's made up of all BMS AND CEPHALON REJECTS TERMINATED DYSFUNCTIONAL IDIOTS!

Otsuka will promise you the world and deliver shit. They pile you up in one person offices with three people. You have to jump over another desk to enter and exit your office and that's at director level! What. Truly fucked up place is Otsuka, it's all of the BMS REJECTS FIRED!

Accountability, what's that? Non existent at Otsuka! Materials Management or Supply Chain whatever they are called is a joke at Otsuka! They are rude, incompetent and always missing. I believe it's led by that Mexican Indian looking guy that has no personality and knows shit. I wish I knew who led or is leading the sterile water disaster, but it won't be revealed, because I'm sure it's someone's protected bitch by a higher up probably previous BMS! Anyone know? Call them out on here!!! I'd lilt to know who the sterile water fuck up at Otsuka is? I have a mortgage and family that trusted me to take depot sales job for a fuvked up company that lies and is led by BMS IDIOTS! Who are you sterile water Otsuka fuck up? Most of the managers and directors at Otsuka are idiots and members of the who you know or blow club. Not earned or deserved leadership, most are pharmacist that never led or managed ANYONE DURING ENTIRE <10 year careers and now have teams of a dozen employees that they can't lead or have any management experience or people skills. That's why Otsuka is a shitty company. It's all a GROUP of leadership lacking SO CALLED DIRECTORS, but confirmed idiots with un-earned Director roles because they know or knew someone from BMS.

The winner is SYED MATEEN: I just walked past his office to confirm the name and after asking several people about the Idiot or Sterile Water Project Leader or Fuck-UP...
