Abilify Depot sales force

Doesn't matter if it works or not, having something other than a janssen drug will be an opportunity. Won't have to listen to the janssen rep complaining all the time about market share and order more, I need numbers. My docs will want to try something new just to shut her up.

Let's break this down. Abilify is mainly used for bipolar disorder and refractory depression (and psychs don't think it works for schizophrenia). The depot formulation will be--IF-- it gets approved-- for schizophrenia only. (People who have bipolar disorder or refractory depression do NOT get depot formulations of antipsychotics). Good luck. Instead of answering these questions, I'm running for the hills. C-ya.

it does work for schizo

Whole process a joke many people lied on their performance reviews to get a job, they hired many non-AP experienced people. It will be a tough go as money will be drying up. Good luck with the schzo focus many psych's feel Abilify weak drug for this indication.

lies make the world go around and there were a lot of lies being told in the f2f
good luck to the people doing the background checks

Facts is facts. Look for at least 90 days for complete response to FDA. After approval keep in mind that abilify is only prescribed 15% of total abilify sales in patients with schizophrenia. Long story short, finding docs to rx is not going to be as easy as everyone thinks.

Find it hard to believe that 90 days is requirement from the FDA for a response on a manufacture or vendor issue?

The wheels of the government move at their own pace. Once the complete response is received the FDA has up to 90 days to respond. Having been involved in this before, they will take it right up to the deadline. Today was the scheduled action date and do you think they could have told us sooner that they wanted more info? Certainly, can they act sooner on the complete response Definetly. Will they, probably not. Enjoy your summer with the kids at the pool and be ready to go late September at the earliest. Dont be shocked if we are closer to Halloween!

Wrong

If anyone on there thinks this will be resolved inside a month, you must be brand new to the pharma industry. If you've ever been involved with a new product, you know the FDA almost always wants more data on something, or resolution on something else. It takes a few weeks for the company to submit the data, then as stated before, the FDA has up to 90 days to sit on its ass and do nothing. And it true government style, it does. They've got a shitload of other drugs awaiting approval to ask for more info on and bend over. It's not like Abilify Depot is the only drug on their agenda. So we'll just have to get in line like everyone else.

I worked so hard getting my brag book together. I borrowed other co-workers reviews that were exceed and put my name on there, Put my name on top of market share reports I was a complete shoe in. I was offered, Got my company car etc. Now I dont know anything regarding Depot. I should have stayed at Lilly.

Please feel free to return. It will be a tearful farewell, but we'll recover. By the way, great job on the brag book, you really fooled us there!

I went through the interview process, and was shocked to see how unprofessional the managers were. I was told what a great company that Oksuka was and how bright the future would be. Come to fi d out they can't even find a partner to provide sterile water! LoL Think I'll find something else.
