No wonder Gonzo gabs about culture. Part of his pay/goals is dependent on transforming Abbvie into a biopharmaceutical culture. How does this 34 year old veteran of Abbvie even know what a biopharmaceutical company looks like? No degree Gonzo would have been kicked out of any decent pharmaceutical company. Did he pick up the dry cleaning for MW?
 




I worked for AbbVie and if I or ANYONE lied about a college degree etc we would be out the door in ten seconds. It is unfair that "Ricky" can be "Above the law" and get away with it. I recall the other Crook Miles who said : " Rick told us about the degree thing". So they admit to lying and get away with it ! I would with some folks who are still at Abbvie and said they lost complete respect for management after this.

I did not know he lied about TWO COLLege degrees. I guess if you are high enough on the Corporate ladder it is OK to lie.
 




Your right so get over it, this is hardball, so play or get back on the bench.
Use your brain power to win or you lose, RG did, you can too!
Stop complaining and win at what you do or just be another loser.

So what are you hearing here is that everyone except metabolic is lazy, you slugs need to get out and work as hard as metabolic and stop this complaining. I never read so much nonsense from so many losers.i like the hard ball analogy above, very true to real life. It shows that this company, like any other sales force who markets product will do anything it can to win. It's good to know that RG will do anything to win, he has and succeeded and he runs his life like that and so he runs us like that as well. You did good Rick, even married well because of it, great job. I take his example and do anything it takes to win as well.
The rest of you, shut up and work or go so we here else.

I have to give Ricky Credit. He sort of got away with it in some way. The fact he is still in power and all the Board knows, Miles White said something like " Oh yeah, He told us all about the degrees" or something like that. My point is he got away with it. If he didn't he would not still be there? I wonder how many AbbVie workers would still have their job if it came out they lied about two college degrees ? Most likely None. They would have been fired on the spot.

This is why Ricky thinks he is invincible. I took one look at the woman he was with in the picks and can tell you she will chew him up and spit him out with a high priced lawyer. Even a well written Prenup can be broken. One CEO tried at least 6 months PRior to the wedding to get his future bride to sign and she stalled. The a week before the wedding he said that if she did not sign he would not go through with the wedding. She signed. Then a few years latter divorced and the Judge threw out the Prenup completely saying she was forced to sign under duress . It made no difference he wanted her to sign 6 months before and she stalled.
