I'm not a manager I'm a super operator who just does the job that I am paid to do without whinging or slandering other peoples work. You have an issue with your lead take the issue to your sup you sound like a delightful person to work with. I hailed the great Russian army during ww2 fighting nazis not what they did or do in ukraine. I'm indifferent to such issues just do your job and help abbott make medical devices which save millions worldwide. You won't stop a war by getting upset over kanban but you can help a person with heart disease to live longer so put our customers first which is always the patient so think of that the last thing we want is for a patient not to receive a medical device just because you have the hump over kanban. You need to ask yourself are you in the right line of work if you get worked up over such trivial issues. Kanban is essential for lines to run properly if leads won't cover a station due to you not being able to achieve pfm just ask for help and guess what if it is said we have no cover that's on them. Judith Bernstein is a phenomenal artist worth millions of dollars if anyone takes inspiration from her work that can only be a good thing. Art is expressive. Coke is a refreshing soft drink enjoyed by billions worldwide. If someone likes Willies that's own personal choice but art should be encouraged not frowned upon. It was only a small little one anyway and everyone had a good laugh about it.
