Abandon Ship! Comp Plan SUCKS!













They have a shit load of cash. Most startups don't have a fraction of the kind of money they have yet they know the extreme importance of taking very good care of their reps $$$, especially during launch phase. Joining this company has nothing to do with current product and everything to do with pipeline. No intelligent person signed-up for this shit show based on this. The pipeline however is a fairly long wait in a toxic environment. The company has drawn the line in the sand. They are pretty cheap. They aren't paying and most people now want to get off this tug boat. If someone makes remarks to just leave, no intelligent person will do that. They will wait for a good opportunity. Fortunately, there are good opportunities coming up. I can safely say at least 80% of the salesforce are looking at other opportunities and talking to recruiters. This didn't develop into the working culture many were banking on. There is an enormous difference in the in-house Sage experience with free lunches and casual attire versus the outside Sage experience. They are not the same. Sales leadership come from C-class two-bit micromanagement companies and that is how they are going to lead this sales department. They will never change and everyone knows it. So thank you to whoever posted Taylor Strategy.

This is no where near the truth- also anyone that says they speak for 80% of the sales force is delusional. I can say the the people I’m close with are happy and engaged. There is pressure now with the launch, but that is everywhere- we are in sales and that’s to be expected with a launch. This product is complicated but it’s important and the company pipeline is unbelievable.

This statement is a COMPLETE LIE. You are delusion. No one trust the above comment. There is one company (which I will not mention) that is looking for a sales force and the recruiting company has stated several applicants are from Sage. SO many are looking to get out right now.

several applicants huh? Must mean everyone is jumping ship. Way to generalize all over the place.
 






This might be the most overhyped organization I’ve seen in my 30 year career. Not to mention this totally fabricated ‘new market!’ Good luck paying the investors back. Meanwhile the CEO hear keeps racking up awards.
