A. Gorsky's quote on reducing pension costs

Still, back to the point - anyone know of where we can find the quote where Gorsky says he will reduce pension costs?

Also, any manager ready to be a whistleblower? Unless they have evidence and not just testimony, we probably need 2. It is obvious that the managers have been instructed to get rid of the pension-eligable or soon-to-be-eligable people to reduce costs. JNJ has been really good about using different strategies to avoid another class action lawsuit, which means a healthy level of coordination throughout the sales force. If there are a couple managers who are ready, post here that you are interested and we can post the top law group that is putting all these firings together so you can contact them. Let's see - average 3 years lost wages times 50 people (including lost pension) = $50M or so, before penalties. 10% = $5M for the whistleblower. Good work if you can get it.

Hmmm let me see. You want me to give up my career (which I am fond of), put my financial track for early retirement into the trash can so you can make a law firm rich? Let make thIs clear so a dumb ass like yourself can understand it. This is not JnJs first thrust into pension limiting personnel shifts. They do so only when they are 100% secure of threat from low lives like your self. JnJ has never been successfully attacked by a whistleblower so trying to find anyone to help you will be impossible.
If you think you can effectively go after AG in the time of President Elect Trump you are mistaken.if you are lucky, and I do mean very lucky, you can get a displaced and disgruntled former manager to testify regarding Marti's instructions to target older employees. I was there and heard it with about 75 senior and mid-level managers. It was not an after thought but instead was a directive. You should look around for managers who left after she had come into her fame. Many chose to leave instead of participating in this deliberate act. The question is did JD pass that to her and was this initiated higher up? Most likely but those are the managers that get $10m to walk away and never speak. Anyone that can help you is already silenced or about to be. There is no Joan of Archere coming to help you. So if you are over 55 you are gone. A handful will be kept as tokens and they had sold their souls to JnJ years ago. If you are over 45 and you stay you should know that you have an expiration date of which will most certainly coincide with dates before your presumed pension has any real value. Those under 45 simply look over the hill to see how many senior employees are here with 30 years. Behold the chosen few that have sucked off the leaders to attain this status. They will never see a restful retirement since long term exposure to JnJ is a carcinogen.
Answering your question, nobody with the information that you seek will be willing to step forward. Move on.

And remember , the Gorsky, probably is on commission based retirement, ;-) the more potential pensioners he gets rid of the BIGGER his retirement. Ohhhhhhhhhhh.

The Boston teams are protected, so ha ha ha! Marti loves us because we deliver!

No one is protected and no one wants to hear anything else about Marti.

Well WE want to hear about Marti, because she is the greatest leader this company ever had. When they got rid of Scott and brought in Marti we got together as a region and decided we would welcome her and let her know how much we hated working here before she took over. Do you think it was a bad idea? Because we don't drive around worrying about our job security up here. We don't have a worry or care because Marti has respected us from the beginning. Even if I don't have to, I might just stay until I'm 62 in order to spite you!

You're just jealous because we get Monday off. Because. Of. MARTI!

I think I'll sip some wine and do some Cyber shopping. Now, what should I get Marti with the money that my district all put together?

Any suggestions? Ha ha he he Ho ho ho.

You forgot to mention that it was MARTI'S DIRECTIVE to our area not to work but to stay home and shop tomorrow. She LOVES us! Between now and New Year's we get to sit back and enjoy our holiday season!

Still wondering what Holiday present my district is going to give Marti. We want it to be better than any of the other districts in the country. This year we set a spending limit of $300 a person so we think we might have the best gift for her. But just putting it out there: What kind of present does your district usually get our VP? We set a lower limit for our Regional director, 100 dollars a rep but last year we heard that other districts bought cheap gifts for their directors. No wonder so many of you are worried about keeping your jobs!

First class plane tickets? Nice jewelry with your district inscribed on it? 3-day getaway vacation? Louboutin bag? There are so many things you could get her!

There is one rep that walked away and could bring down most of JBI. Not even a manager, but they do have a recording of said meeting along with many other recordings of Marti, Directors, and managers that any AG would love to get their hands on. They also had numerous papers from over the years on selling on the spread and other docs. I would've unleashed hell on these people, but my friend just walked away for a better job. Says in the end people reap what they sow. BTW, J&J has paid out millions to whistle blowers and settlements.

I know another rep who did something similar. The RBDs and DMs even had moles, and he uncovered them and turned the tables on them. If you ask him, he tells you he just "retired" but he was given a pretty hefty severance package. Left the industry and living sweet thanks to the ineptitude of the morons who though they could snare him. The ones who are gone because of them didn't leave because they wanted to. Others got demoted or are stuck in limbo here forever. Who wants to be in limbo? I like the Heaven that the rep ended up in!

You are responding to a troll. Anytime you see Marti and NE just skip it, it's the same rep pretending to be different people. Must be a sad life!

Actually, there are at least a couple of districts in New England that buy holiday gifts for all their senior management personnel every year. So in this case it might not be a troll. Or the troll is actually correct.

Any district who gets her any gift is just stupid. Plus it is an ethics violation if she accepts such a gift at the proposed value.

There are at least two districts in New England that routinely buy holiday gifts for senior management. There's nothing unethical about being nice to people you respect and admire. Some people actually do like our VP and RBDs. That would make us NOT trolls.

NCAA Final Four Tickets, Women's or Men's would be a great gift! You should call her admin to get some ideas.
