A/C Div













It's only a promotion if A/C Folks make more than Rx reps! The goals aren way too high to make money in A/C esp with this BS IC plan. I heard they had everyone together in TX and could have addressed the fact that moral is lower than low, very few will make goal, and half the salesforce will make little to nothing this qtr. Instead; NOTHING was addressed at all, people are leaving and nobody cares except the customers. I heard EVERYONE is looking in this DIV, way to go Galderma!

You may have spoken to a few unhappy people.....there are unhappy reps in every company. Not all Galderma AC reps are unhappy, or looking! Again, the IC Plan is challenging, but for those reps that are looking for a challenge, its not bad at all :)
 












JW, speak the truth, maybe people go to Allergan, oh wait they are cutting, maybe Merz, oh wait they are cutting, maybe a laser company, but wait they will be bought. The world is not ending, Galderma has the best chance to take the top spot for sure.
 




















NJ is not the problem. The problem is TZ. Although considering how many Alcon people he has promised promotions to I would be surprised if NJ and EB are even here in a year.

using your math 1/3 of the sales force hit goal in Q4. I predict Q1 to be worse, but lets say history repeats itself then 2/3 of the sales force will NOT hit goal and 1/3 won't make a fukcing dime. if you think these reps are happy you my friend are a fool! stop the BS, Galderma A-C division will continue to be the recruiting dept for Kythera unless this is fixed ASAP! Leaders wake up... you are losing great people because of the goals/IC plan!!!
 




The cold hard truth is if you want A/C products to move, you must provide the same level of service docs are accustomed to that Medicis provided: free product, payoffs, and favors. Galderma should have taken a closer look at why certain Medicis territories were successful and others weren't (aside from sales ops manipulations for reps that pleased the inner circle with favors). Sadly, this is how the industry works.
 








"c'mon y'all close the qtr out strong, you won't get paid but its great experience" whats the over-under on who will make 0 this qtr? Whats the over under on how many will go to the new co?
 








The truth is that all aesthetics companies (fillers and lasers) have become miserable places to work. Just a few years ago, even the worst companies were getting great reps because the pay was so much higher than Rx, but now that so many Rx people have gotten senior positions in aesthetics companies (why????) the whole space has changed. Not for the better. Running the aesthetic side like the Rx side doesn't work because you need a different type of person. It's a totally different rep and a totally different customer, and it needs totally different senior management. Allergan, Merz and Galderma are all missing the key thing they had before - leaders who understand BUSINESS and sales instead of just metrics. It feels like the whole industry is imploding because of morons like the previous poster who say things like "you get paid $100k so you should be happy". What other jobs are 60 - 80 hours a week for $100k? Not the Rx side! Why would anybody switch over for less money??
