What makes you think there aren’t a crap ton of us in the interview process?

I for one am interviewing some companies as much as they are me so I’m not stuck in a horrible company like this again.

And it’s not our job to pay us fairly. It’s not our job to not steal from us. And it’s also not our fault if our customers can’t get the product we sell them.

If anyone whines and bitches here it’s you bud. Wahhhh my product and company suck but I’ll blame it all on the reps because it’s easier than looking in the mirror. I get it - I wouldn’t want to look at you either.

Watch your grammar, hypocrite. It’s funny you think that you are arguing on here with 1 or 2 people. You’re so delusional you can’t fathom that the majority of reps are so disappointed in Supernus right now. Saying “then leave sweetie” is a cop out response.
But how could we expect you to see the major flaws of Supernus? You can’t even see your own. You’re just not a good person, and the words you’re spewing on here are empty and worthless.
 






Morale is at an all time low. Anyone can see that the top rep is making about 10k -after taxes- at launch. Yet the bulk of us continue fighting this uphill battle. We’re basically working for our salary. I, and my peers, are hitting a wall. Supernus, look at what’s in front of you.

has nothing to do with being cut out for the business jerk. It has everything to do with us being limited by our garbage lists, upon garbage list & then a bogus comp plan that only pays on universe vs. territory zip codes - you don’t hire reps w/ pharma experience bc ZERO reps with industry experience would ever sign up for it.
