I had a family get together yesterday so I couldn't work on Saturday (I have 3 high ranked docs I can see on Saturdays only). My RD says "be prepared for a terrible month of data." This was even after I posted 8, 7, 7 and 9 RX over the last 4 weeks! This company is unbelievable and the work/life balance sucks!

Here’s the problem, that amount of weekly prescriptions puts this rep likely in the top 15% for performance. At any other pharma company this would warrant a massive payout during a launch.
