I did hear of an opening in my area for the direct hire but applied nothing I just applied to the Innovex posting too..... We will see I have sold in all of these markets but I am experienced and for some reason they think I cost to much. Well I dont need job to take care of self and family. Anyone know who the recruiter(s) are? Im in the mid south east and would really like to know any info.

I agree above person I need no job I kill deer feed self and family somtime kill possom thing for early day eat if you see large number deer or possom things would like who know to tell me I in great forrest of south

You probably didn't hear from JNJ because "you've been out of work"...How ironic! I did get a call from an outside recruiter, working for JNJ. Was told that my resume was the perfect match for the Xarelto position. Later received an email telling me that "being out of work for any period of time" was a red flag to the company. How ironic that they will be using a contract company. We're all out of work, if responding to the openings!

Was a Quintiles rep and just became a J&J direct hire. They are still filling the J&J positions.

Market research says people best remember names that start with X and Y, all the drug companies are doing it because the marketing people only talk to their peers and if it's a good idea once it's a good idea the next thousand times (like reach and frequency, overcoming objection algorithms, painting the patient picture, blahblahblah). Our industry needs new leaders with new ideas.
 






Has anyone received a call from a recruiter on this project yet? Took the phone screen for the other contract. Receive a call letting me know it was delayed and to apply for this one. No contact from the recruiter on this one yet.
 






I have. Base is 68K, 25% target bonus, 55 1/2 cent/mile reimbursement. Recruiters have to complete interviews by 8/8, then second round interviews will take place mid-late august. Report to 2 DM's, J&J will be calling on accounts as well. Start date mid sept. In addition to Xarelto reps will also be promoting acid reflux drug & 2 pain meds.

Does the 55.5/mile on the car include gas?

$19.95 a month phone. No high speed reimbursement, on your own or use dial up. Personal car must be 2009 or newer, 4 door sedan, less than 20000 miles. Also must provide documentation on mileage by photo of speedometer. And you must show photos of actual mileage each week to be reimbursed. Territories aren't large, so the cap on mileage is 1000 miles per month. No lunch budgets. Minimum 8 calls a day, 70% of which must be sample related(either signed card or sample drop). 2 dinner programs a week to be coordinated with JNJ rep. Can expect a co-ride with either Quintiles DM or JNJ DM at least 3 weeks a month. Ride alongs will be 1 day, so could have a DM every week, sometimes twice a week.
