50 THOUSAND VEOZAH SCRIPTS LEFT BEHIND

Amen! Been in this industry for over 20 years and I’ve never seen a company fall so short of projection. This isn’t bitching. This is straight up major issues they refuse to address. Every drug company has pros/cons but this is embarrassing. There are only so many hits we can take on the field before we lose ALL credibility. Tick tock, times up management!!

This could happen to any company. They made a mistake. It’s a big mistake, but it’s an error that needs correction. First thing they did was eliminate our bonus. Fine! We are not having a bonus for the summer months. I am ok with that. What I am not ok with is the aggressive behavior being shown by the directors. Signatures everyhwere, you must sample, do everything or else. This is where I lock up, and fire back. It’s about to get ugly, and that’s not a good thing. I got some real heavy hitters my area that about to lose it. If I were in leadership I would take a step back and let people breath a little. If you don’t, your meeting in June is going to be really bad. That much I can promise you. You can’t abuse the people that you manage. Take this to your next meeting. It’s about to get real. We also need major evaluation of everything else that is not sales related. I want to see us succeed. I just can’t be abused.

EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We got over 50K prescriptions! Not our fault they did not go through. You can't treat us bad because of that. In my region we are looking at our manager with different eyes these days. One more move from her and collectively we go straight to HR together.

Sincere question, what would your reason for going to HR be? My RSM has been nothing but gracious through this stuff. I guess our team is lucky.

Poor Grasshopper . This is the natural order of things in pharma. Close your eyes and picture yourself in the front of Walmart saying “welcome to WalMart! “ . Would you rather be doing that or doing what you are doing? Thought so. Learn to play the game Grasshopper and life will be good. Stop to look at the new Spring flowers. Ask your manager if you can help them in some way. Pharma will change only for the bad, and never the good. Massive changes are coming to pharma because of AI. Companies will no longer need mega large sales teams. Prepare yourself for the future. It will be here before you know it.

The looming leadership bloodbath is going to epic. I just wish they could live stream them cleaning out their desks. The sales force has been jerked around and blamed for the Veozah debacle that was a direct result of the terrible decisions, poor judgement, and plain old incompetence in our leadership ranks. Amateur hour is over. Now it’s time to pay the piper…. Bring it on!!

This Company is a Shit Show. Worked in Pharma for a long time now...they have no clue what they are doing. It is embarrassing. Poor Marketing, communication..forcasting...etc etc. they have done nothing right with this launch. They are treating the sales force like crap.... and that will only hurt performance in the future.. So sad I came here.
 






We're in the 10'th month since launch, and STILL no one has any clue as to what the best way to get this drug is. Sonexus, savings cards, step therapy, prior auths...what's the answer for this or that? No one knows, it's a big mystery. Lots of side mouth talking. Should we sell on savings cards, oh wait, the 4,000 didn't kick in yet....will it be retroactive? No one knows...How about coverage? Do they have to have coverage for the card to work or is it still any plan? No one knows....Are the pharmacies telling patients about the cards, no one knows...are we going to get new cards since the 1500 is still on the current ones? No one knows....How do we answer the question of what do they put on the prior auth for step therapy requests???? No one knows..........EVERY WEEK the messaging direction for cost and coverage seems to change. Seriously, I walk into these offices on a hope and a prayer sometimes. This is a COLOSSAL MESS! Look at all these rejected and abandoned scripts, I'm at like 50/50 at this point. Give us some freaking straight answers already!!!!

....and now que the snarky comment from whoever it is that's going into every one of these threads and bashing us reps with ridiculous statements. "sell harder silly reps...tricks are for kids" I guarantee it's the same person in every thread. I'd give a million bucks too know who it is. Manager, Director, VP???? It would probably surprise us all. Funny thing is, they have no answers either, just insults. It's fine, whatever.
