4 Months

Starting tomorrow, 4 months and counting.
Since the 6 Month thread I started, nothing has changed with the company except the whole MSL team bailed out of a burning plane. Sad when the VP of medical affairs has to send out a blanket email addressing the significant turnover in the division and how they are looking at how they can retain employees.
Well rumor has it we are close to a med for HSS. We have also been hearing that since last November at the NSM. Almost a year has come and gone, no new product, OSS booted, MSL team bailed, 11 new CAS and some HSS expansions filled. Doesn't sound like the goal of building a top Acute care team was achieved.
No new med in 4 months, we better be prepared.

Spare us all the historionics. So lame but regurgitating same shit. This company absolutely sucks, but one thing for sure is the sales force is safe. Nothing is going to happen to the sales force and a new product won't happen anytime soon which is fine as OFIRMEV needs 100% of the selling time right now. The 4 months you speak of is nothing more than saying there is 4 months left to 2015.

are you kidding me!! They WILL get rid of you right after they raise the price. They are already training the inomax sales team on Ofirmev. Does anyone else notice that no contracts are actually getting signed. They do a LOT of talking about it, and hired a million CAS's but still very few contracts. Why is that do you think??? $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

when are they raising the price ? Managers continue to say new product is coming soon. Other than that it has been very quiet. We did get funds to do more speaker programs! And N2N!! Can't wait!

Do you know this training inomax on Ofirmev is true.

You sir are a complete nimrod. Good thing you can count. And you must live in a hole because a sales force is never safe. Look put down your crack pipe for one minute and get a hold of yourself.

N2N sounds hot. I would like to get in between 2 nurses. Too bad they are mostly out of shape, and usually overweight. It's so rare to see a hot nurse, you would be better off getting a powerball ticket.

You should stop complaining and start working more of your de novo, non de novo and neither de novo nor non de novo accounts.

Try adding de novo usage in both operative and non operative pain. Its a de novo kind of mma approach to sales . I also got an MMA like strategy when I bring in my 3 CAS counterparts. Now one is de novo but the other 2 are just novo, psuedo novo, villanovo, pre/post novo and or un-de novo.

Hell this is a de novo culture to me!

Do those of you that are left realize that the OSS was the original sales force of MNK and that some had been there since the beginning in 2001? That this was the sales force that built the branded pharma division? That we sold crap ass drugs?

The flippant "OSS booted" in the original post made me wonder if the Cadence and HSS reps know anything about the history of your laid off counterparts. If you all had any idea how painful it is watching the company that I thought I would retire from go straight down the tubes?

MNK used to have leadership that built a foundation of respect and trust in the medical community. We used to walk into pharmacies and they knew and respected the MNK name.

It is all so sad, never thought I would see such inept upper management.

Not inept - very skillful. Their experience and your money has been changed into - their money and your experience. Let's face it they have fleeced the company, jacked up prices, canned employees for a short term blip of increased profit. After the party is over one hell of a hang over is on the way.

You are a freaking moron. Keep singing your stupid little song. It may be hell here, but the sales force is the last to go. You're the idiot and probably need a little counseling to control yourself.

The OSS reps were nothing but a very replaceable primary care sales division. No one stood out.

No I'm not kidding you!!!! Just breathe and take your Xanax. Man, you people all need to get a grip and get a hold of yourself. This is just a very stupid job and not your life. If you hate it here so much, go find a new job. There are plenty out there right now. it shouldnt be that big of a problem. If you start right now, you could easily have a new job within the next 6 to 8 weeks.

I take it back. Your a lot dumber than previously thought from your last stupid post.
Manager and field reps are always the first to go. I don't know what crack rock you live under. But good God man pull yourself together.

Truth hurts sometimes
I recently came on board as a hospital sales specialist, so I have not met nor worked with any of these OSS reps. But the former Cadence HSS reps I've met so far are pretty arrogant, petty and entitled. I'm sure there are good ones out there but right now my perception is skewed.
