Emotional hijackings
My company provides 360° feedback assessments, and we come across far too many instances of people throwing things, screaming, making people cry, and other telltale signs of an emotional hijacking. An emotional hijacking demonstrates low emotional intelligence. As soon as you show that level of instability, people will question whether or not you’re trustworthy and capable of keeping it together when it counts.

Exploding at anyone, regardless of how much they might “deserve it,” turns a huge amount of negative attention your way. You’ll be labeled as unstable, unapproachable, and intimidating. Controlling your emotions keeps you in the driver’s seat. When you’re able to control your emotions around someone who wrongs you, they end up looking bad instead of you.
 

















































It’s with good reason we are not hearing anything more on this important company evaluation. Think about it for a moment. They already know what the feedback will be and its not good so why do it all. They are .

A word to the wise. If they ever do a 360 be very careful. They will tell you the survey is anonymous; however they can find out from whom the negative results, which they deserve, are coming from. Therefore, these results are not anonymous and are bogus giving them exactly what they want to hear. Now look for the celebration to follow where they pat themselfs on each others back.

Why not "TRUST" the RSSs to be honest and send out the survey already?

That survey will never see the light of day. To no fault of the Council, who was lied to by the Chief Puppeteer who was deathly afraid of hearing anything negative from his Super Duper Sales Team. And then right before Christmas from marketing, a 30 question survey. How about the results from that Boys and Girl??
