CP no longer can be taken lightly and trust me, these companies now regularly screen posts. The immaturity gets very old and to be quite frank very alarming that a grown person would talk this way. Scary actually. People are very upset as anxiety, fear, and frustrations are high when you are factoring the families we support and our financial futures. So idiots like that only make it worse and if you don't think management doesn't read these posts, then you're out of touch. Everyone, including MT, MM, and JD, read these posts and it has been on many of a discussion in meetings. I remember early in the former VP being passed because someone had put the new price of OFIRMEV on CP and very specific posts were discussed.
The majority of us all work hard for the money and we don't need asses making our lives worse internally by the shit they put down.

Like we said earlier, people like above are beyond comprehension in terms of immaturity and clearly uneducated as well. It's best to just ignore them as in the grand scheme of things they are insignificant. So insignificant that no one ever notices trash like that is gone.
 






We are adrift as a sales force. No new product after a year of talking from upper management. Dealing with thier price increase debacle, and expecting a 10% increase January. More accounts enforcement of tighter restrictions.
Alot of new territories and positions created for no new product.
6 new dinner programs after we just did a ton. I guess that's what we have left is spending a ton on programs. Most of the time are just a big waste of money.

I agree. I have just made the best of doing a program.
I get a bunch of people out to go party.
Do the same with webinars. I mean how many people does Mallinckrodt think want to keep going out to listen to iv acetaminophen talk. Especially when some have had the territory cut in half but still same number of programs
So I call up the go to Rns and get them to gather the group and go eat an expensive dinner. Get them to ask for ofirmev to docs and we are all good. I spent more than 28k on food and beverage last year for programs not including speaker cost.
What a waste, but you have to do them. Just like call entry- you want 10 calls or is that 15 per day. Whatever it is you will get it. I'll give you 20 if that's what they ask.
Whatever it takes.
