Who is this guy? Does he work for Shire? Why is he posting on here?
First week of numbers now in....and the survey says...not good for Supernus...its only 1 week but not a great showing so far for potential inestors...plus a big lawsuit of Shire against Supernus for non-compete may sink its ship
The non-compete was when JH, TR, NS, and DC left Shire they signed a 1 year non-compete that said they could not recruit Shire employees...but ask 95% of your managers where they came from? The answer would be...Shire...so what they did to get around this was use VV and HP to recruit guys that DC, NS, TR, and JH already approved. These guys also used documents from Shire's MAP program and recruited based off of that...this is where the lawsuit is right now...
Also, ask all of your managers if they talk to a Shire rep right now...they have them on a gag order to not speak to us which is pretty gay if you ask me...the reason being, is that it was the corporate leaders who signed the 1 year non-compete not the RD's...they just have these RD's so scared to talk to any of their old counterparts with Shire and tell them not to talk with them at all.
So ask yourselves Supernus Reps...why do they do this to your RD's when they don't even recruit reps from Shire...the answer is...CONTROL, CONTROL, CONTROL...this will be the environment you will be in until you can get out
This all makes sense now. My manager will get calls from some of his old Shire colleagues and will always say I can't talk to her yet. How would Supernus even know and why do they even care if they were to talk if they can't recruit Shire employees?
How would they call a bunch of Shire trolls into "corporate"?
And which troll are you that you post a reply? "Corporate" is a HP & VV term no one else in pharma uses, much like zones.
Why does IMS only show 36 Rx last week? What is going on?
There's a good reason for it not doing so well. Just got a script for it today. $347 is the lowest price for a month, even with your crappy $15 promotion. The generic is $60 for 3 months. You do the math. Is it worth a 2000% premium to take it once daily? You took a generic drug and put it in an extended release pill and charged 25x for it. That's not innovation, it's piracy.
