2 Weeks Post Launch Oxtellar XR

I am a new rep over here and want honest feedback of other Supernus reps across the country...

1) Are your neurologists dick heads like me and won't listen to an ounce of the script I have for them?
2) Why is it taking so long for them to atl least try it out?
3) Do your neurologists only schedule lunch's? Because I am having a hard time to just stop into offices because they don't see reps during the day.
4) Do your managers micromanage the living hell out of you on what they want communicated at the end of the day? It seems like I have to make stuff up sometimes because the other reps in my regions are rock stars. The only thing I don't understand is that my #'s are better then theirs sometimes.
5) It seems like my doctors dont care if it is an extended release form even though it lasts a lot tonger. They seem okay at doing the same thing and giving mutiple short acting to their epilepsy patients.

Anyways, how is everyone else doing becaues it is getting a little frustrating not to see the #'s rise as quickly as I hoped.

I dont get it. Why do people from Shire want Supernus to struggle and fail? Can any one explain this to me? It seems like you would have to have pretty strong emotions to hold these feelings. Hatred or envy? Either way both sentiments are ugly. I feel sorry for these folks, there lives must be empty.

This is not true...I am a rep with Supernus in the South and my RD makes us tell us scripts that have been written for the product...My RD's initials are JS...we also hear our peer #'s and that is why I am getting frustrated because my #'s are better than theirs from that standpoint but their success stories are better. Time will tell when the real #'s come out!
 












I don't get this impression you are doing. It is going to take longer than 2 weeks to get docotrs going on this idea bu they will come. I am in the East Coast and my RD is JW and is very patient and cool and very helpful...go JW!

Dont you guys have your own shit to worry about? When are the next layoffs coming? When will they do away with bonuses altogether? Is this the last year for Prez Club? What will you do when you lose Intuniv?

I'm a shire rep and this is hilarious because its true. Current leadership has sucked all the selling out of our jobs. We cant even discuss info that is in our PI with our docs! We get bonused on competencies, not performance and now i find out that no matter how much i crush it i dont get squat unless my slack ass teammates go to work. This was a sales job when I signed up! What's worse is they are now taking all of the money we have made over the years in ADHD and are shipping it over to regen med. How did we become the red headed step child?
 












This place sucks! Can't even sell to my customers. Nobody will even talk to me unless I have a lunch. My manager is a complete idiot. How did he become a manger? He doesn't know the first thing about selling. This industry is a joke just like this company. I am praying my old company takes me back.
