Since everyone will have even more time with their ABL's, ask them about the purchasing cycle for Leqvio.
Ask them who does what as far as pulling through Leqvio syringes (it doesn't have to be specific to an account, just in general).
Ask them how s.i.RNA works and why it is different than monoclonal antibodies.
Follow up and ask specific questions about M.O.A.
Can they give you a reasonably accurate/coherent answer?
If they can, you're lucky, and you should listen to their feedback.
The vast majority won't have a clue, and when they offer you a vacant stare and mutter something about call averages, you'll have your cue to ignore them.
What Dez doesn't understand is that coaching from someone who doesn't even know how the drug works is completely worthless.
If the point is babysitting, than get new reps who will leave the house; or, better yet, put together an I.C. plan that will incentivise reps to leave the house.
