Don't get me wrong, Novartis outdid themselves when it came to showing the world just how badly they can fuck up a product launch, but even they should know how to launch an oral medication.
You could take a team of junior college business interns and design a reasonably functional strategy/business plan on how to launch an allergy pill.
I won't put anything past them after the tragedy that was the Leqvio launch, but I have to believe that they will at least generate enough business that they don't have to give it away for nothing, and steal back bonus dollars from the field.

Indeed. Everyone knows that reps make more, receive more RSUs, receive the largest promotion pay increases, receive more exposure, and receive promotions more often. What’s not to envy?

You’re both complete idiots. I genuinely hope you aren’t drawing a grown up paycheck from the company I actually work for every day. Reading your childish, schoolyard insulting makes me so embarrassed to work for a company that would employ such low IQ.
That being said, I can also see my manager being one of the big baby insulters. I’m a professional, have the sales to prove it (yes, even Leqvio), and Novartis would do well to keep that manager out of my offices.
