When did I say Novartis cares? I’m just saying this decision helps employees, doesn’t hurt them. Everybody loves to dunk on Novartis for poor use of their funds, and now you’re all complaining when they do something that directly benefits all shareholders (including the vast majority of employees).

Novartis doesn’t love me. Nobody loves me wah wah wah! My god, imagine a company that actually wants to turn a profit, yikes, what the heck?! Next imagine that they do their best to support employees AND need turn a profit… or wait because maybe having employees is directly coupled to turning a profit?! Oh my gosh, this sounds like the basic comer stone of capitalism! But wait it’s just easier to complain that life is unfair and nobody loves me…

Thanks for noticing this out- my asshole is always letting me down, it’s itchy smelly and noisy - embarrassing! I sweet it’s deliberately trying to patronising me as I’m naturally itchy, smelly and noisey. I’ve been to the doctor and specialists about this but there is no cure! Wow I’m so happy and relieved that you see this! Please help me with my poor asshole…
