It’s so frustrating to work for a sales force full of reps engaging in non compliant activities to get ahead. And Managers are well aware of the cheaters but look the other way because all they care about is getting scripts no matter what it takes
 




















As long as the company is selling product, they don’t care. Cafepharma has a site just for whistleblowers. IF you have the balls and reasonable proof of what’s going on, go to the site and contact a law firm that handles WB cases. It may take a few ears to go through the court system, but eventually Abbvie will settle with he DOJ and you will never have to work again with your share of the fine.
 




















They are being investigated internally. They will be displaced. The company is not going to take that liability. The reps, the manager, and even the regional are in on the shenanigans.

God, you’re stupid. Coupons, vouchers, free trial cards, etc can’t be used on any government insurance programs including Medicaid and Medicare. This is common knowledge.
