As I read the earning report allow me to translate the corporate bs that is released.

Focused pipeline means most of it has failed leaving only a couple things remaining
Go to Market sales model means KHS read a book and fell in love with a concept. Only at ADCT would they view q 4 23 with 3 million less than the 4th q 22 as a positive for a drug only out for 32 months.

Please remember these are the people who completely screwed up Kymriah and were outed at the Swiss Miss.
 






Ameet joins another board of directors and publicizes it on LinkedIn. Not one person from ADCT congratulates him.

My first and only thought: Focus on your day job and sell this POS. I would love to see his reaction if an ADCT employee posted that they were pursuing a second job. Wait until you get fired from ADCT before pursuing outside employement. Furthermore who wants you? Kymriah and 2 biotechs failures. Clown show!
 






























Ameet talks and the stock drops? maybe admit that after having 10 qrts in a row of 16-19 million the drug will never get above 100 million, let alone 500. i would also be remiss to not wish you happy anniversary! you have overseen the company wealth decline by 60%, but that is better than your last job!

Ronie can you stop sending out daily totals after work hours? No one really cares and in case you havent noticed we have no growth. All the boobs who then add on "way to go", "great for patients" are the worst and they are interrupting my dinner with their asskissery.
 






Dear Board:

Now that Ameet and CHS have had over a year to implement their plan lets take a look shall we:
1. Ameet too over with the stock around 10, it is now under 3.
2. KHS wanted to implement her plan with the go to market approach. She cut loose many and many other good reps left. Lets look: No one joining this company has any good options. You have some stay cause they want their title promotion but no one worth a damn joins. Except the several people who have used ADCT to work several jobs at once.
3. Marketing genius Karen has implemented ? Nevermind she is useless too.
You keep creating debt to have a cash balance but no one wants to absord the debt. You are the only ADC company with a drug on the market yet no one is looking to buy.

I can't decide who has created more harm to shareholders managment or the board. You should all take a long look in the mirror and take a personal inventory of your career. You are all leeches!

A CEO who doesn't know how to update his LinkedIn page from his last failure is almost as funny as all the people congratulating him on his anniversary. You can't make this stuff up.

Please close out the quarter strong so that we can make 17.1 million and I can tell the street that we are growing. If not I may have to finally update my LinkedIn to share "looking to work" along with all my flunkies who followed me here.
 






When the sales come in flat again what excuse will Ameet use?
1. Buying patterns ( my personal favorite)
2. Staffing issues hurting go to market approach
3. Rebates and pt support costs
4. We are stuck in 3rd line + with no hope for growth (reality)
5. Our drug causes edema in a population filled with cardiac compromised and obese people (again reality)
6. Some combination of all of the above

If any analyst more than 3 months out of b school covered ADCT and asked good questions on the investor calls Ameet and KHS would be uncovered for the fraudsters they are. This company is nothing but dead money.

Ameet updates his profile again. I guess he has his excuse for the 18 million in revenue the drug will generate in the third quarter. The clown show rolls on!

18 million on the nose! "Higher price was offset by lower demand" in trhe press release. I am not kidding. Just keep raising it Ameet maybe you can get to 18.1 million next quarter.
