so tired of Alastin leadership throwing tantrums. it’s a glorified cream for few hundred bucks for heavens sake. They’re showing high growth numbers on small revenue and feeling entitled. As someone who has been at Galderma for a while and lives by its traditions, this company straight up comes in and demands that they be treated like royalty. Wtf? What have they achieved to deserve that. It all starts at the top with CM. Wait till it gets rough.
 




it goes both ways a**hole. Should’ve been left alone and not integrate into this shitfest company. Did tater. You think we want to be here? Can’t speak for CM haven’t interacted too much with her but she’s definitely MIA. Traveling from somewhere on the East to come to the office I mean how much money are we blowing up and then we are asked to cut costs.

She doesn’t understand anything about how things work. She IS A TANTRUM QUEEN. She was very vocal about crapping all over her predecessor AE while she was still at Galderma. She happily canned the head of finance and spoke crap about him and also spoke horrible things about SC on her team before moving him to a new position. Bottom line - she talks crap about her own team. She knows some folks in the industry from her Allergan days but has not friggin clue what happens in sales and other functions. What a disaster this woman is.
 




















What’s happening with our payment system? We have been promised over and over again it’s coming. Analytics team needs to get their shit together. CM stop collecting miles and hopping in flight and wondering if you should pay with personal credit card and reimburse so u can get benefits and start getting your shit together. Be present with the team and move to San Diego.
