I am a woman and I do have daughters I just want to raise them to be honest women not the sleezy leaders we have at Galderma that are just interested in profiteering preaching while women empowerment on the face Its not mysogeny if its true and just because CM happens to be a woman. i am her direct report and I find that shes just a horrible person

youre either the comms person we have put in place to troll cafepharma or just stright up idiot. that said i will answer your question - no, noone taught me language structure and yet i am part of alastin leadership. that still doesnt change that CM is a horrible person and woman and I wont want my daughters to grow up to be anything like her or other leaders at galderma. so champion all the woman empowerment you want but just know the roots and foundations of this company are empty.
 




What a shitshow this team is. They don’t know anything about how they operate. No discipline. Whatever is working they will take credit if it isn’t working it’s someone’s else’s fault. What a joke. Christina, somehow you Mahara to get this role hit reality is this role is much bigger than what you deserve. You have never delivered. You lack fundamental business acumen. Hoarding resources and building a kingdom is not going to keep you in your seat. Most of your team hates you. They will be glad when you get fired.
 




CM you haven’t done anything since you joined Galderma. You suck monkey balls. Failed to deliver on pretty much everything, but you do create a lot of unnecessary noise
 












Alastin analytics team fuxkihg blows. JG and the rest of the assholes are subpar talent. CM is a hoarding bitch and only cares about kingdoms. Me me me me me me. Big mouth stupid bitch.
