ABL’s are glorified babysitters as they are in field for 2 day field rides EVERY month. metrics being tracked down to how many times you synch your ipad or timestamps of calls logged. Kate is nice enough but not strong enough to stand up to this bullshit like a Colette or Lisa DeSchamps would have. All the talent on marketing left a long time ago. we are going to get our asses handed to us when Ocrevus SC launches in the fall. just like we got our asses handed to us when Ocrevus IV launched. My honest thought is this is all on purpose to thin the herd with people quitting rather than having a layoff. “We will be the market leader in MS”. ok Turchi and Nichol. MS division is a shell of what it used to be and they know it. they just don’t care. stock price is all that matters to NVS not people or patients

Kate,Doug,Chris and the ABL's are all cowards. My god you people were reps at one time. You know all the micromanaging and field rides every 3 weeks is insane. People are giving up and the morale is in toilet. Then you wonder why sales have been flat for half a year. Stand up for your people or sales will only go down.

MS is now twisting in a downward spiral which is par for the course at Novartis for a drug after 3-5 years on the market. MS started out really good in the beginning but the honeymoon period is long gone. Entering into downsizing mode within the next 12 months.

No doubt. Whenever bonus payouts drop off and micro mgmt picks up, it’s the beginning of the end. Many MS reps looking to get out now.
