You think that they dont know that the list below doesn't represent a "good day" for large number of us? This isn't micro-management. It's ensuring that employees actually make an attempt to do what our job responsibility requires.
- 8:45 am-Full day Day Care drop off
- 9:00 am-Starbucks visit #1 (personal)
- 9:20 am Starbucks visit #2 (office coffee and pastry drop off #1)
- 9:30-9:50 am Office sample check #1 and 2 of 5 of the day
- 10:00 am-diner to start "planning for lunch" and the rest of the day
- 10:30 am-last Office sample check of the morning
- 10:45 am- 20 minute drive to Luigis to make sure pasta orders are already started
- 11:20 am-leave Luigis (after yakking it up on the phone from the parking lot)
- 12:00 pm-1:15 pm-Lunch with office staff /sample check #3 of 5
- 1:30pm-2:00pm- Last two Sample checks of the day
- 2:30pm Full day Day Care pick up
*Caveat/addendum: If manager is doing a rare field ride on this day, add another Starbucks run after you meet them outside of Luigi's. Also, add a 60 minute 1:1 "lunch meeting" with manager at 1:30p so that said manager can write off another 4 star lunch, and then head home after seeing us at one lunch office staff meeting and two afternoon sample drops
