This place continues to be a terrible place to work. While most of us lie about “loving the culture” we know the truth. After this weeks conf call who’s jumping ship?
 








Anyone with a brain is. Teva has now won. All in one year we have no access in medicare, a shiny new black box and a once a day competitor. Neurocrine jumped the shark. It’s over.

They seem desperate for an influx of money. Is a team layoff next? There are a few roles here that don’t help move business and have big salaries.
 








Why leave? Its a cake job! Most of us in the field are done by 1:30 pm, make nice money, go though the motions day in and day out, know more about our business and are smarter than our managers and directors who are clueless and just check the boxes while staying off the radar while faking bogus calls. Where are you going to go in this business that has better advantages than Neurocrine?

I’d imagine many reps are like this at all companies, not just Neurocrine, but not all companies have a huge issue with the data. Not everyone is making commission here, having nothing to do with lack of effort, and now access will be extremely difficult. Without company cars and inflation not everyone will be able to stay.

Ah poor poor you. Most of you folks there bailed a few years ago or less for the money grab. All your talk of better salaries and getting to drive your own cool personal vehicles. Give me a freaking break! Just do like you have done before and start searching out the next best gig. Or just wait a little bit longer until your good old boy/gal network of previous managers starts to vanish and ride their coattails out of there to wherever they go. I'm sure you'll find jumping to your next company just as fruitful as you thought it would be there.

Providers prefer digital connections. The sales rep opportunities aren't going away immediately, but the future isn't going to be the easy money it once was. Obviously the best of us will be fine, taking over targeted in depth conversations based on real-time intelligence from AI interactions.

So much for the days of recruiting the best out there and getting them to come over and join us. Then again we all realized that in a few years back when the garbage piled in at middle management levels.
