Pat Mahaffy did indeed do that in July 2022 and his goal is keep U.S. rights into a first line indication so erasing CLVS is his plan

Highbridge proves it…..far more shares than ever existed and Mahaffy was in on it all along. This is why sale offers were prevented from reaching shareholders. They would have approved any sale and Mahaffy’s synthetic share count fraud would have been exposed prior to any sale settlement. Bankruptcy was their only way to cover up their illegal securities fraud against any and all CLVS holders, including employees. Pat Mahaffy needs to be put in prison.
do you have any actual proof for this, what is the source of your information?? posting claims on an online forum has little to no merit in court.. to add salt to injury, the US trustee rejected the formation of an equity committee, so we would appreciate if you can share the evidence.
The trustee was organized in advance through the bankruptcy firm that CLVS is using. Same fraudulent shit collusion as Highbridge, Mahaffy, Graham, and the crooked ass market maker.
us trustees are appointed by the government they mediate the bankruptcy process for any wrongdoings

It is this obvious and still the incompetent court accepts the fraudulent bankruptcy claims. Mahaffy prevented the sale of CLVS for years to drive it into bankruptcy in order for the debt holders to clean up through it. Crimes have been committed by Pat Mahaffy, Ginger Graham, and the rest of the CLVS board of derelict directors.
Who made the offer and for how much?Maybe they didn't sell because the offer was too low?
Hopefully the trustee starts with Mahaffy’s actions in 2019/2020 and that leads to a much needed criminal prosecution
Criminal Mahaffy prevented a sale offer from reaching shareholders in 2020 and did the same again in 2022 because he could steal more unearned undeserved money by continuing to steal his cash comp and benefits until an intentional bankruptcy in 2023 while actually stealing more money for literally giving the company away in a bankruptcy "auction". Pat Mahaffy committed major financial crimes all the way back to convertible note meetings and short positions in 2018 and 2019. These are facts and an incompetent government agencies lacking the abilities or concern to hold Mahaffy accountable does not mean that Mahaffy's crimes did not occur.

They prevented a sale offer from reaching shareholders on multiple occasions in the year and years leading up to their unnecessary bankruptcy garbage. In 2020 and in 2022 there were offers to sell the company for amounts that greatly exceeded debts owed. Instead they opted for bankruptcy with KEIP attachments to pay themselves more than they would have received otherwise due to the higher averages of their shares/option costs.
