The best at faking a real pharma company. I can honestly say Shire is the worst pharma company in the business. They promote managers with absolutely NO experience and no training to be a manager. That’s why the Gattex division is so screwed up and everyone who is worth anything is no longer there!

Man oh man! Why are you former NPS / Gattex reps so bitter? Go on with your lives already. Life is way to short to be so bitter. Yes! We have a good paying job. Yes, we are going thru a buyout. No, we won’t get laid off. The GI pipeline is way to deep and they need the sales people. Maybe we “Shire/Takeda” will hire you back to help with all of the future launches. We like old reps working in retail with past relationships. We won’t be bias.

My RBD told our entire team to start looking. From what I hear not all RBD’s are being as honest about things as mine

I call total BS that anyone tells the whole team to start looking. It just does not work that way. They keep managers out of the loop as well. We will know a lot more in 2019. Some trip me out on CafePharma. You will bitch and talk junk, but sit on your ass and not get out there and find a new job.
